Note - We get tonnes of applications each day, and we have to carefully go through each of them. It's not that people who haven't been notified don't have a great handwriting or sense of content, but it's just that we want to take it slow, get the learnings and improve the process to make things better mutually. Secondly, it's a business decision too, to where we get most of our queries and what writings our customers like the most. Handwritings are very personal and it could work from person to person but if as a business it doesn't work for us now, we do not reject the person, we are just delaying the onboarding till we find the fit.
